GKA proud to provide its “Strength and Agility” camps to all Elementary, Middle, and High School athletes wanting to reach their full potential! I will be personally running each session along with 3 college bound student athletes from this years FBA State Championship Football Team! The GKA Wrestling Club is a year round club. We break our sessions into 3 parts Pre-season August to November. Season December to March. Olympic Season April to July. Days and times change but practices are primarly week days 6:30-8pm. See our staff section to meet the coaches.

Coach DiGrigoli offers personal training in 1 on 1 or small group settings. Tried and time tested routines provide clients with fast and effective results. Specializing in Weight loss, muscular weight gain, endurance both cardiovascular and muscular, increased energy, and improved self imaging.
